The management office for the Da Men Residences is located at the 7th floor of the residences unit at Block B. At the moment, they are opened on Saturdays until 2PM. This is because the handover of the keys are still in progress. The staff seems to be quite short handed at the moment as there were many owners coming to collect their keys and also the condominium access cards.
The management team at the moment are from Henry Butcher Malaysia. Staff seem quite friendly and courteous but can't seem to be able to answer a lot of the simple queries like electricity deposit, grill specification, renovation times etc.

Damen USJ Residence Management Office at the 7th floor
There is an actual grill sample place outside the management office. Residents are suppose to follow the color scheme and design specification. The official contractor recommended by the management offices is quoting it at RM 2200 (inclusive of GST). The steep pricing is because the grill is aluminium and does not get rusty. The contractor is currently offering to buyback the grill at 20% of the quoted price if owner decides to remove it.
