Da Men USJ Shopping Mall is being incorporated into Pavillion REIT
Today it was reported that Pavillion REIT (PAVREIT), stock symbol 5212 will be acquiring the 5 storey Da Men USJ Mall for RM 488 million. The current market price for PAVREIT is RM 1.50. The current assets under Pavillion REITs are Pavillion Mall and Pavillion Tower.
